We are the principal management contractor on numerous decarbonisation programmes across the UK, some worth tends of millions of pounds. We’re delivering most of that work for well-established social housing providers, much of it procured through national frameworks.

However, we always seek to extend the benefits of publicly-funded decarbonisation schemes. Consequently, while we are working in an area, we will make strenuous efforts to promote the same works to private householders so that they can benefit from the resulting economies of scale. Through this approach, and by blending funding sources, we can reduce homeowners’ costs, remove more barriers to affordability, and enable many more families to enjoy warmer, safer and more comfortable living conditions.
